Request for Media Credentials
The Tucson Rodeo is a professional sporting event and a 90-year old community event. Criteria for issuance of credentials is based on guidelines set by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) as the PRCA owns all rights for arena images.
Working media credentials will only be provided to: approved affiliate network television stations; cable television stations; local, regional, and
national newspapers and magazines; news radio stations; and electronic news outlets ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN COVERAGE OF THE RODEO.
Free-lance photographers and reporters will receive credentials only if actively working for an approved affiliation covering the Tucson Rodeo.
Proof of assignment must be provided. Only PRCA photographers are granted rights to utilize professional rodeo images for commercial purposes.
Working media credentials will only be provided to: approved affiliate network television stations; cable television stations; local, regional, and national newspapers and magazines; news radio stations; and electronic news outlets ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN COVERAGE OF THE RODEO.

PRCA Photographers:A Media Credential Request Form must be submitted by PRCA photographers invited to attend the 2015 Tucson Rodeo. The Tucson Rodeo Committee will limit the number of PRCA photographer invitations to three in 2015.
Check-In:Badges are issued on a daily basis. Check-in is required each day at the Media Room. Parking passes will be issued upon arrival. Each individual requesting a credential badge must sign his/her own waiver form before badge is issued. Credentials cannot be issued in advance.
Dress Code PRCA photographers: Long-sleeved, Western-style shirts, long pants or jeans and western boots or riding shoes. A cowboy hat is not required.
TV and news outlet photographers and reporters: Closed-toe shoes or boots if shooting in working areas; short or long-sleeved shirts (no sleeveless, tank or halter tops); long trousers or jeans preferred.
Rodeo officials reserve the right to refuse or revoke credentials if dress is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Dress code is determined by the Tucson Rodeo Committee to promote safety and to avoid visual distraction in photo presentations. Thank you for your cooperation.
Media Room Location: The Tucson Rodeo Media Room is in a mobile office at the east entrance to the Tucson Rodeo Grounds. Entrance to the east parking lot is off 3rd Avenue from Irvington Road.
Daily results and highlights: Media Room staff can assist you with arranging interviews and stories and will provide daily results and highlights in the media room, on this website and through e-mail distribution.
Daily results are prepared in agate for distribution by 7 p.m. each day to print media outlets. Please request that you be added to our e-mail distribution list to receive our daily mailing.
