CLEAR BAG POLICY

The policy limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into our venue. Each of our four public entrances will be manned with additional security personnel to ease the entry process. List of bags that will be accepted for entry: Bags that are clear plastic or vinyl and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar) Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, after being searched Diaper bags (subject to search) Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection, including but not limited to tanks, diabetes kits, allergy pens, etc.

RAIN OR SHINE DISCLAIMER: The Tucson Rodeo is set to entertain with six days of performances, happening regardless of the weather. Remember, ticket purchases are final and won't be refunded due to weather changes.

The ONLY acceptable legal forms of ID are listed below:

  • Driver’s License or State ID card

  • Canadian Driver’s License or ID card

  • Passport or Passport ID card

ALCOHOL POLICY

  • NO alcohol will be sold to guests who do not have an issued wristband.

  • NO alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be intoxicated.

  • There is a two (2) drink limit, per transaction, at concession stands.

  • Management reserves the right to cut off alcohol sales at its discretion.

  • Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.

  • Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected.

  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

  • Outside alcoholic beverages may NOT be brought into the grounds. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the grounds may result in the guests being ejected, arrested and/or tickets being revoked.

  • ALL guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting rodeo property.

  • Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the parking lot.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Air horns or horns of any kind

  • Artificial noisemakers

  • Cowbells

  • Balloons

  • Weapons or dangerous objects of any type

  • Glass bottles, cans, coolers of any kind

  • Thermoses or ice chests

  • Outside food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages

  • Umbrellas

  • Drones

  • Laser pointers and/or pens

  • Non-approved seat cushions including large traditional seat cushions that have pockets, zippers, compartments or covers; approved cushions cannot exceed 18 inches wide

  • Camera tripods*, monopods, or single purpose video cameras. See PHOTOGRAPHY.

  • Any item deemed dangerous by management

  • The ‘no food and beverage policy’ will remain in effect, however, medically necessary items will be permitted after proper inspection.

*Special provisions will be made for Canon Workshop attendees. Please check in no later than 11 a.m. for screening of your equipment.

ANIMALS

As we strive to make our event accessible and enjoyable for all attendees, we proudly support the inclusion of service animals. Service animals play a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities, ensuring they can fully experience the vibrant atmosphere and thrilling activities of the rodeo. Please review our guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable visit for you and your service animal.

  • All non-rodeo animals are prohibited from Tucson Rodeo grounds with the exception of certified service animals.

  • Service animals are allowed but not emotional support animals.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Tucson Rodeo will allow photography and digital image capture of the rodeo for private and personal use, as long as this activity does not interfere with the ability of other spectators to view the rodeo and the photographer does not occupy seats he or she has not purchased. Camera bags (unless clear), camera tripods, monopods, or single purpose video cameras are not permitted (see prohibited bags and items above).

  • Any commercial use or distribution without the express written consent of Tucson Rodeo and/or the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) is strictly prohibited.

You may use photographs or digital images obtained from the Tucson Rodeo solely for private or personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use, including for any commercial, issue advocacy or fundraising purposes, is strictly prohibited without our express prior written consent. Systematic retrieval of images from the rodeo, whether to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection or compilation is prohibited absent our express prior written consent.

Our goal has been and continues to be to prevent the unauthorized use of Tucson Rodeo imagery for commercial use, profit generation or the promotion of organizations and agendas unrelated to the Tucson Rodeo. As a result, photography for personal use is welcomed.
